Im dominating with Dylan Bundy in my O's franchise. 17-4 with a 2.55 era and 11 k:9 for the 2015 season. I always go after Dominic Leone to use as my closer, for some reason I dominate with him.

I play well with Joc Pederson. Always seems to get a hit when I need one.

Jonathon Crawford is simply a BEAST in OSFM. His sinker is awesome, and he also cracked the Top 50 Prospects list mid-season.
Another prospect pitcher I like is Noah Syndergaard

Re: What prospects have you had the most success with?
Chalk me up for a guy who likes SP Foltynewicz. I don't think he will ever be an 8 inning guy but he can sure give a great 6-7 inning outing. He hits 102 with that RFB and the CPU can't hit him well. He is kinda wild though but the K's help lower ERA

Re: What prospects have you had the most success with?
Astros 1B Jon Singleton
In 13 games he leads my team with 5 HR's and 10 walks and hitting near .300
He has also played very well at first base for me
Very excited to have him as a cornerstone of my franchise.
He's a big left with good power and I'm hoping to develop him into a 35-40 HR guy.

I had to bring Singleton up due to injuries in early 2104 and he pretty much stunk it up...
Sent him back down to AA, where he continues to have that "Cold" icon and hit about .230...
I'm sure he'll turn it around in the future, but it's always funny how different folks can have such different results with the same players...
I'm using OSFM v 2, BTW...
In my second season of my Astros franchise I moved Foltynewicz to closer. He is in AAA for another year then will be my full time closer. Nobody comes close to touching his FB.
I play well with Joc Pederson. Always seems to get a hit when I need one.

Definitely will look at him for the MLB club in 2015...
For me, Springer is 2nd in the MLB in RBI / Hitting .300 / Made AS Team in 2014...
Hitting 3rd, dude is absolutely killing it, in played AND simmed games...
My only other notable "prospect" / minor league guy so far has been Max Stassi...
Came up for a few weeks and hit well...well...before hitting an extended cold streak and going back down to AA...
Really enjoying the youth / depth in HOU!Comment

Re: What prospects have you had the most success with?
No one has even mentioned Houston's best prospect yet....Carlos Correa.
I think he will be a lot like Hanley Ramirez. He has mid 50's power right now and it is only increasing. His contact is in the mid to high 70's and his defense is pretty solid as well.Comment

Re: What prospects have you had the most success with?
Oscar Taveras was insane for me on 13 last season. He hit .330+ with around 30 or 40 home runs. I didn't call him up though because my outfield was playing well and it didn't make any sense to have him sit on the bench. I've got him up this year starting in RF and he's hitting .324 with 20 home runs in late June.
This season on 14, Zack Petrick and Marco Gonzales have been great. Petrick is a RHP and went 11-0 with 109 strikeouts in AA through their late June All Star Break. Gonzales doesn't really blow anybody away but his control is so good that he just dominates AA hitters.
I've heard that sound 3 times... once was Babe Ruth, the second was Josh Gibson, and the third was Bo Jackson- Buck O'Neil

I do plan to have him as my full time SS when he is ready and ship Villar off.

Re: What prospects have you had the most success with?
Yeah villar becomes decent but I shipped him off. His hitting just never becomes any good. Also that deshields outfielder reminds me of billy Hamilton. It takes 3-4 years for him to get 60+ contact tho

Re: What prospects have you had the most success with?
Correa got hurt for me as well. Deshields is hitting like .180 in AAA so I haven't been able to call him up. I'm wanting that true leadoff hitter but right now his bat isn't there and I'm in 2015. My outfield is Santana-Springer-Grossman/Ramsey/Pressley. I really want to upgrade RF as none of those guys are long-term pieces.SOS Madden League (PS4) | League Archives

This thread: a fun read. Nice job boys.
Just came by to post that the Cubs just traded Javier Baez to the Yankees in my RTTS, in which I'm a SP for the Cubbies. Dunno what our GM is thinking, lol.PSN:Xplisit21

Re: What prospects have you had the most success with?
Make sure to train Deshields contact. It is going to take 4-5 years before he has respectable contact. I do a lot of drag bunts, contact swinging, and hit n runs with him. His speed in CF at the park helps a ton too. I may have called him up a bit early, but I allow him to play vs lefties and to come off bench as a PR.SOS Madden League (PS4) | League Archives
