How do you handle Fantasy Drafts

I was wondering how all of you who do fantasy drafts get around the "bug" where the AI teams draft way too many relievers and not enough position players at the ML level. I would like to start a side franchise but it seems like a major issue. Who drafts for every team?

As long as you don't exploit the fact that you know the AI will pick relievers I find most fantasy drafts end up well. Sometimes a team doesn't draft anyone MLB worthy at a position, but this sort of creates realistic teams where one might be stacked in the OF, but suck in the IF. I just try and draft a realistic, balanced team and not stack my offense since its easy to do so in fantasy drafts. I'll purposefully spend early picks on prospects from OSFM as well to balance it out even more. The fantasy draft AI is a bit lacking, but you work with what you got and if you go in knowing the issues it can still end up being fun to do a draft franchise.
