    RTTS: can't get rid of minors batting helmet after being called to MLB

    Got called up from AA to the Marlins and can't get rid of the duel flap helmet? Is this a known bug?

      There is an option under the tab where you customize all your equipment to switch from dual to single flap.

      Mine was on dual still when I got called up as well.

          mine was on single flap but it still left me with the minors helmet when i got called up.

          just a thought here, but what about editing you guy and seeing if you can switch it there?

                          I figured I have a dual flap because I am a switch hitter. So even if I wasn't I'd probably still have one?

                              Nah, it'll just switch the flap for switch hitters.. essentially giving you two different helmets.

                                  I just tried editing my glove color, helmet, etc while in AA and none of the changes went into effect even though I saved everything.

                                          Did you just change the helmet from dual to single flap? That won't change your helmet style. There's another option (just below the flap option, I think) that lets you choose MLB style helmets vs minors.
