    Looking for advice?

Ok so year one in my RTTS I went from Rookie to Vet ++++ when at Bat now back at Rookie.

I had solid outings in my Minor league Career posting a ave of around .375 with a had full of HR. I am not looking to be the next HR King I simply want to put the ball in play and move the runners help my Rockies win some games.

Now year 2 I do well in Spring ball posting a ave of .290 not the best but figure good for a rook. I get the back up role on my team which is fine for now.

HERE IS THE ISSUE... So 2 months into my MLB career and my Ave is now .189 I hit the ball well I get solid contact my timing is ok..but for 2 months now I have seen nothing but FLY OUT, GROUND OUT, LINEDRVE OUT....cold spell now a deep freese.

I have tried looking at more pitches, I have tried different batting stances, different sliders. Shoot at this point I am at a loss as to how to get my bat going again!!

I was hoping folks here might have some ideas on how to defrost my Bat?

My Player stats as of this posting are:

    #7 CF Christian Kane

    Colorado Rockies

    Contact R 52, Fielding 60, Dur 60
    Contact L 52, Reaction 57
    Power L 63, Arm Str 51
    Power R 65 Arm Acc 51
    Bunting 41, Speed 67
    Drag Bunt 41, Stealing 56
Plate Vision 70, BR aggres 55
    Batting Clutch 66,

    Here are my Numbers:
    G 46 AB 112 AVG .187 OBP.222 SLG .223

    H 21 HR 0 RBI 11 BB 4 SB 3 FLD % .982

What should I work on? Any advice would be helpful.

    Thanks in advance folks.

    Re: Looking for advice?

Something similar happened to me. I was hitting like .350 in my first year in the majors and went to Dynamic Difficulty. I progressed from Rookie+ to Veteran and once there I went like 4 for 35. It was so frustrating it took a lot of the fun out of playing. So I tweaked a few sliders. In particularly I lowered pitch speed, cpu pitch accuracy/consistency one notch and raised contact and power hitting one notch. Now I am on Veteran+ and hitting like .290 with a decent number of HRs and clutch hits. This feels about right. So bottom line is that you may want to experiment with dynamic difficulty and the sliders a bit.

Ok, good stuff thanks, I am going to look at that. I currently use Dynamic Diff. did not touch sliders much except Pitch speed down one notch. I will try what you suggested here.
