I was wondering the same thing. I get the camera view in the homerun Derby , but rarely do I see it in my franchise.

Yes they do. You have to hit a no doubt bomb to trigger it. I have hit about 30 homers so far in my franchise and have triggered it maybe 4-5 times. It doesn't happen often, but when it does it is a beautiful thing. I really didn't think I would be a fan of the homerun cam, but they have set it up perfectly. You really have to crush a ball to trigger it. I hit one earlier at Minute Maid that literally went out of the park in Left Field over that huge wall with Chris Carter and it triggered it. It was amazing. I then proceeded to take a lap around my living room.

Are you talking about how the camera stays "fixed" from the catcher's perspective on the whole time when the ball is in-flight?

I've hit about 40 HR and never seen that. However I do an excellent replay in slow motion that zooms in on the ball in flight and follows it into the stands - spectacular view.

Haven't seen that old cam on my PS4 RTTS...

Which I have no problem with. That angle was used heavily during the PS3 iterations. It would be great to develop a new camera angle/experience.

Is this in movie maker, how do you get the cam to follow the ball, i can't seem to find a way to make it lock on.

edit: yeah have seen the automatic replay.

I don't remember that cam from 13,what one is OP not seeing.

It just happens automatically. Make sure you have RTTS (if that's the mode you are playing) in the Presentation section set to Broadcast for the presentation style (and not "fast play" or whatever its called).

When set like, after a home run it shows a cut scene of my guy hitting the ball, then another that tracks the ball by zooming in on it while its in the air and following it over the fence. It looks so real that it makes hitting HRs that much more satisfying.

More like it looks so real that it should be an available option for all balls hit, not just the no-doubter home runs.

For the home run replays I am talking about (which is different than what the OP is asking about) it does show this slo-mo replay on all home runs. But not all hits.

I was referring to something like the explanation in this video:

                      <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/9JVpK59zqM8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

There is a quick slo-mo replay at the end with the kind of shot that I believe you're referring to, but I'm looking for that higher up, centered broadcast-like camera for all balls hit, not just home runs. Been hoping for it since MLB 09 when they first introduced that camera in replays, and MLB 10 when they first made a functional broadcast cam.
