Why does it take so long for runners to switch directions?
It's very annoying when a fly ball is hit into the gap and the CPU outfielder has a bead on it so my runner (on first base) automatically starts retreating only to have the ball fly over the outfielders head. So now I have to manually reverse the runners direction so he's running forward, but it takes literally 3 full seconds in game speed to reverse direction and by the time he's fully running the correct way, I'm out at third by 5 feet on a ball that he EASILY should've scored on. I understand it takes a few seconds to regain momentum and speed, but to switch directions shouldn't take more than a split second. This can literally destroy a rally. It's as if the CPU outfielders are intentionally running a poor route so they can catch you off guard and force you to switch directions.Tags: None -
