    This game is amazing .. Period

    Look... Over the past few days on this website I have not been a nice guy... I took part in a blog overly criticizing a potential nfl 2k game. While I do believe I was right in basically stating it was a pipe dream let me get one thing straight.... I know a good sports game... No games perfect but I've been a sports gamer my entire life... Other games bore me..... Between building a team and playing actual games there is nothing better then the show. No game is perfect, but mlb is a complete experience... IMHO... This is the best sports game on both gens and it is not close. I do enjoy parts of madden, NBA, nhl fifa and past gen nhl (360). But the experience in the show is far superior then anything. I think sometimes that gets lost... Feel free to rip me.... But this game is f'n dope ... Hats off sony... But still lol .. Fix your servers

      Agreed. Best damn sports game. Period. This is why I bought a ps4 in November.

          100% AGREED!!!! I was a 360 user. Since switching to PS4 and the show, I can not believe I didnt do this sooner!!!!
          Really wish sports games played to ratings!
          Only thing SIM about sports games now, are the team name and players
          CFB 25 The absolute GOAT!!!
          MLB 23 FOREVER 20 is better, 23 just for Guardians
          Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.

                  I love it but I've restarted my franchise about 4x already. Really wished you had the opportunity to build a stadium because I get bored of playing at the skydome. Sucks that classic stadiums are not in.

                      The only thing hampering my experience are the constant frame rate dips during presentation, cut scenes, etc...It really takes away from the immersion of the game in my opinion. Hopefully we can get a patch soon. Other than that I agree for the most part. The thing the Show does best in my opinion is they give us the most options to choose how we want to play the game (custom cam, pitching controls, presentation style, etc..). Other games need to follow suit (especially Madden).

                          Only reason I bought a PS3 several years ago, and only real reason I bought the PS4 in February!

                          Agreed that no game is perfect, but the amazing levels of complexity and thoroughly enjoyable baseball experiences in this game are ASTOUNDING.

                          Well done, SCEA and SD Studios! This game is awesome!

                              Probably is the best next gen sports game (UFC might have something to say about that in a few weeks), but there is still a lot of room for improvement. But this was definitely a successful transition to next gen.

                                  Yep, it is amazing. We shouldn't take it for granted; it's an impressive achievement. There are things I prefer about other sports games: the presentation of NBA2K14, the tutorials in FIFA14. But overall, The Show s my favorite.
