    Black Borders?

Finally traded in my PS3 and took the PS4 plunge!

Love the game so far, but how do I get rid of the black borders around the edges of the screen? I remember there was an in-game setting on the PS3 version (12 and 13) to adjust the vertical and horizontal screen size, but I can't seem to find it in the PS4 version. Oddly this is the only game that doesn't go completely fullscreen, both on PS3 and PS4.

When you first start up the PS4 you have to go to the settings menu then find the screen/audio(something along those lines) settings and adjust it there.

There's no longer an in-game setting, eh?

No the PS4 doesn't have in game settings like that for it's games. You have to do it from the dashboard now.

I have a 55 inch TV and selected this at the dashboard. I was still seeing the black borders when the game started. To resolve this, I had to set my TV to 16x9 instead of Just Scan...just posting if this helps anyone else.

Thanks guys, a combo of both tips took care of it.

I'll have to try this in reverse. Screen is perfect on my 27" monitor but too high on my 50" plasma where the ticker at the bottom is cut in half. I tried to shrink it before but it wouldn't allow me. I may have started the game already before trying to change it.

Check your aspect ratio settings on your TV and make sure that you are at the appropriate 1:1 mapping option. No stretching or zoom whatsoever. On my Samsung, the option is called "Screen Fit." Previous Samsung models used to say "Just Scan" for this option, whereas the other option you might often see is "16:9," which will overscan the image slightly. Other TV brands will have other names for this.
