    Finally had to do it...

I had to put the fielding on auto. After countless times of having my guy standing right in the ball indicator only to have the ball fall beside him for a 2 or 3 base error. or to have one button jump/dive ON and run towards the wall to try and rob a hr only to have the guy dive instead of jump. even having guys run in the complete opposite direction I have pointed the joy stick.

Its a MAJOR bummer to not even be able to play my own defense because these guys cant program a game right. I hope they hire someone that has actually played baseball and knows the game to help develop this game going forward cause it needs A LOT of work.

Try tweaking the fielding sliders. Worked for me. Now guys are usually in position and don't make those drops that an MLB player would never ever miss.

Admittedly I've never used the one button jump/dive approach. Never had the joystick error either.

What sliders would you tweak? I have all the sliders toned down so that the reaction time and fielder speed arent super human (dont even get me started on how they dont affect the cpu and human fielders equally even though its supposed to be a universal slider)
