I play as NYY, so obviously most of my games are sellouts. I honestly didn't even know dynamic attendance was in the game.

I never said "every." I said "most." See the quote above?

And I never mentioned real life. I was talking about the game.

And I asked for a video, which I appreciate you posting for me, bro; because over 153 Franchise games, all played, I haven't seen anything close to resembling a close-to-empty stadium.

Dynamic attendance is very much alive and well in my Cubs franchise. Have even noticed that at home games, sometimes all the roof top seats across the street are not filled.

Sorry can't embed from my tablet, but check this video out. Franchise game and Citi Field is somewhat empty.http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WiqRUIcNzyA

Considering the Yankees play in a market that is literally five and ten times the size of most every team not in Chicago or LA, 85% is pretty shabby, actually. It translates to like 20% in a place like Kansas City or Milwaukee.

On a truly even playing field with a place like KC, there would be ten teams in New York. 85% for the New York effing Yankees is pfft.

Here is a vid with a lot less fans. Ive never noticed a difference in sound from a sell out to 10k fans.

The crowd hardly made any noise, it was neat.

Probably because the Cubs are a decent draw in most places you don't see it as much, perhaps anyway.
I've seen the crowds dissipate during a blowout...playing a RTTS game with Boston and were at NYY. Came up in the first and the stadium was full...six innings and 12 runs later (12-1 at the time and a 19-4 final), my fourth AB was a homer to a section with maybe 3-4 people in it. I hit a homer there in the first and it had maybe 3-4 empty spots. One of the commentators made a mention of the few people left after being stranded on base.

Flags seem to be dynamic based on what the wind is doing as well. I *think* that they changed direction during a game on me once but I haven't paid that much attention to it to really see if it changes during a game or only from game to game.

Flags are dynamic in direction in accordance to the wind. And the amount of rain is dynamic, but it will not start and stop or change weather in a game once it has been selected. Only the level of precipitation can fluctuate. I am hoping for truly dynamic weather in both football and baseball video games from here on out.
