I am interested in starting a franchise with 30 team control as I have some issues with the way the CPU manages players on their rosters. However, before I started I wanted to gather some information regarding 30 team control.
I really only want to play games with one team and act more like a commissioner for the rest of the league, albeit with the power to veto and edit trades. I also want to control where prospects are placed on respective teams rosters as well as signing players to contracts in the offseason as I can't stand seeing a young player signing an extension averaging 2 million a season.
What are the settings I would use for 30 team control? (I have seen mentions in other posts of dual profiles)
Will the CPU still offer trades on their own that go through me for approval?
I apologize if these questions are idiotic but I have zero knowledge of how 30 team works. It seems like a large proportion of people use this method to help control the realism of the game. Like I said earlier in the post I want to play with one team and control all aspects of that given team, but I want to be able to dictate what the other teams do as well to a certain degree. So if someone wouldn't mind giving me a rundown I would appreciate it and can ask any follow up questions as the thread goes. Thank you.
