Am I missing something, or can you not have AI control certain teams' rosters?

Sorry for the somewhat confusing topic title, but heres what I mean:

I run an all 30 team controlled franchise. I did this because I had a hard time deciding what team I wanted to be, and, after playing around with a few teams, I settled on the Nationals/Royals combo for each league.

My question is... is there an option to have the AI handle the roster/GM duties for all other 28 teams? The only options I see are to have the AI auto control EVERY team, and while this is probably okay, Id like to have my own hand on the Royals and Nationals rosters. Can you not do this?

You should have two profiles. One for the teams you're controlling, and one for the rest of the league so the CPU can control those teams.

Hmm, how exactly do I do that? Im assuming I can create another profile on the main menu screen, but how do I access it within my franchise?

Thank you for your answer btw.

When you go into user settings (main menu and franchise), there is an option to copy/save a profile in the right corner of the menu.

Create an extra profile with different settings.

When in franchise you may assign each team a specific profile while in the menu (middle bottom box).

Hope that's clear, typing on my phone at work :-P.

          http://www.operationsports.com/forum...rol-guide.html

That thread has detailed info about how to set it up. There are things in there that you don't need to do (manual injuries and DL), but it explains how to set up the 2 profiles and get them associated how you want them.

Oh ok, I think I see how it works. Im a bit new to the series so I wasnt sure how this all worked.

Thanks. So basically Ill go, create a new profile, and assign that profile to the 28 teams with "Auto" settings for most of the tasks.
