Force trades

May seem like a newbie question but I am having hard time forcing trades with 30 team control. My profile is set to Human and rest to CPU Manual. How do i make the trade to go through regardless.

For instance todays trade for Lester?

If you have 30 team control on, you can just switch to the other team (by using L2/R2) and accept the trade.
