Manager Mode question.

I'm wondering if there's a way in Manager Mode that the CPU will handle stealing, pitchouts, hit and runs, etc. Basically is there a way to let the players play and all I control is pinch hitters and pitching changes?

Yes, there is. The Show had Manage Only mode for a few years already. You just have to pick how you want to control your team prior to going into the game.

I know Manager Mode has been in The Show for years. I think you just misunderstood my issue. Once I'm in Manager Mode I was asking if there's a way the players will still do things on their own, like steal, or hit and run. I don't want to have to select those things as the only way they happen.

If you start a PLAY game....choose your team lineup/pitcher and once you get in game......slide the control back to the middle....you will have a CPU vs. CPU game...in which everything will be done for you.
You can then jump in when you want to make a pitching change or pinch hitter....by going back to TEAM SELECT and putting the controller back to your team(but the CPU might do it as well when you don't want to)...but it's a choice.(albeit limited)

Actually had thought today about trying that. Do you know if your profile settings apply in manage mode? I was thinking since I have stuff like baserunning on auto, if maybe it would apply here too.

No....it's a totally separate mode.
Those option choices don't apply unfortunately.
