so i'm having a problem where when i start my franchise it messes up all of my rosters and lineups. just before starting a franchise i load the roster set i want. i swear i've started a franchise without rosters being messed with. what am i doing wrong?

thought i had it figured out but it's still messing up. the franchise will load with my rosters but it messes with the 25 man roster after spring training. i have all roster options set to manual in mode specific user settings. i have no idea why the computer keeps messing with my rosters. help would be much appreciated.Comment

After you finish playing or simming ALL of your spring training games, before you "end spring training"... set your 25 man roster. No matter what you do to the rosters before you begin a franchise or season mode, you will ALWAYS begin spring training with a 40 man roster. If you do not cut it down to 25 before ending spring training, the CPU will do it for you and in turn, mess up your line-ups, rotations etc. etc.Comment
