This is perhaps too obscure but will:
HOT/COLD ZONES and Batters' PULL-types carry over from year to year?
That would definitely be a big help to making it worthwhile to put the time into making more realistic rosters.
Also, IMHO, it would be great (maybe just an option for created players) to have the ability to edit both of the above
Would be even more amazing if they would (again with the option only enabled for user created players to get around Players' Union PR objections) add an option to edit playing personality style of hitter/pitchers (i.e. ranging from non-hustling types (Manny Ramirez) to to fiery, always on 110 hustling types (George Brett, Pete Rose, Bob Gibson) or just average.
