We are so spoiled to have Duane Kuiper, Mike Krukow, Jon Miller and Dave Flemming. It's literally half of what makes watching/listening to a Giants game so great.

Come to think of it, I wonder who they even got for the radio show... I also wonder if it's more than one person.

This hasn't been ruled out for '15 to my knowledge. In fact, on the podcast, Ramone would not say. He would not give many specifics at all, but for things that definitely aren't in like SOTS and rain outs, he did say so...if that means anything.

I wonder if the new stadiums have to do with closed/open versions of current stadiums? Or if they are classic stadiums or minor league stadiums only.

Major Graphical Improvements - Visually, the introduction of real time seasonal sun and shadows, revamped night lighting. (PS4 Only)

Didn't really notice the night lighting improvements but they do still have a few months before release.

Lighting on the field? Not sure. They'll probably definitely address the stands/scoreboards which didn't get lit last year (see Busch, PETCO, Fenway, etc).

As far as skies go? There already is an improvement. It reaches pitch black all around again as it used to, but it didn't seem to do that in 14. I'm hoping this is the year they have finally addressed twilight skies since they have added progressive daytime transitions six years ago! They give me hope.

Maybe they will also include something like MLB 2K7 where you can just choose what hour you want to start the game at. Whether it's 7:00 PM or 7:00 AM, the sun has its own clock and just keeps going around and around as long as your game goes on. That was so cool.

Me too. They have had a full year to get onto the bus with the other PS4 games like The Last of Us and Far Cry 4.

I really hope directional hitting is what I think it is. If they basically take MVP's hitting system I'll be in baseball heaven.

I wouldn't really call it a simple process. Don't you HAVE to accept every single trade and transaction? ie: all 30 teams do nothing without you?

I mean I haven't tried 30 team in a couple years so I don't know what has changed but when I tried it it was far from simple.

As long as you have a separate profile created for the other 29 teams you don't want primary control of with all the settings set to auto those teams will sign FA, make trades, etc. It gives you the ability to cycle through all trades and reject the ones that don't make sense. In all it only takes about 2 minutes to do but makes franchise much more realistic.

I agree with the poster who talked about radio being alive and well. Baseball was made for radio. I made up a quote that I'm proud of, lol! "Baseball, the one game you can see on radio."
1458, not counting playoffs, that's the number of games in a row I haven't missed! Go Yanks!

Yep, I download and listen to classic games all the time. Just last night on my commute home I was listening to Vin Scully call a Brooklyn-Chicago game. Great stuff.

So how does that work exactly? Every trade is accepted automatically unless I interject? And how many "days" (in The Show) do I have? I'll definitely give 30 team another shot the next time I start a new franchise. I just wish I wasnt left to figure all this stuff out on my own, or rely on OSers for help. "30 team control" seems like something that should at least get a page in the in-game strategy guide/instruction manual or something.

Yes, if you don't step in and interject the trade will go through. As long as you have instant trades turned off before you start your chise you'll have 3 days to decide before the trade goes through. This process is really easy and only takes 2 minutes or less of your time.

Your right i was aggressive and mean about my points I would of liked to come across better and I apologize and yes they did sell there ps4 and went back to xbox because the online play was not worth it to them and ruined their experience they were 2k baseball players and that is why they either bought or sold their xbox to get the ps4 for baseball and my choice was because of baseball if ps4 was in the same boat as xbox with no baseball I would of got an xbox I go were the baseball is that is the reason I get a system from my early days of consoles I like baseball and if there is a good baseball Im supporting that console and again I apologize for coming off like a jerk
