SOTS not being included is just enough to make me not get this game. I'm not a huge baseball fan to begin with, so the added immersion provided by in game sounds is that tipping point feature for me.

I've been on the fence about getting 2015 but now I think I'm out. No SOTS, no PS Move, and Analog simplified is too much for me. They're completely stripping away the way I like to play the game. I'm sticking my old PS3 game for another year.

Yes, it never left because Sony allows users to have music files directly on the system's hard drive for the ps3.

great youve stated this in several other threads move along and go play the PS3, rather them work on VR tech before Nintendo WII last generation tech

Very dissapointed to hear this. SOTS would've been that one feature that could've convinced me to buy this years Show. I'll stick with 14 for another year then.

Yes.

The other improvements in MLB 15 doesn't warrant a new purchase IMHO. So I'll rather stay with an older version and get something else. SOTS was that one feature that could've convinced me.

If they provide enough sound options, that would help. Anything that gives each stadium its own experience.

Kind of hard to fault them since it involves circumstances beyond their control.

seeing on how this is more of a hardware/software issue and not a game issue, maybe it is time for us as a community a very proud one to boot we should try to go directly to Sony themselves about this as a community... im thinking we should start a petition of some sort..

at the VERY LEAST... we would make the company aware of our desire for this feature to return... again just how i think... some would say that i need to be in a think tank..

Yep.Don't think it is/ever was in there plans tbh.

Think the only way for SoTS going forward is if SDS offers/adds there sounds/music/ect for us to edit stadiums ourselves or at least have bigger selection of songs in the soundtrack.

It's why its now important for SDS not to just get a ballpark sounding like a real life park but to also make every stadium distingquishable(sp) from one another where possible.
