PS4 Online Roster Question

Was curious as to how to download the OSFM Hybrid rosters to my PS4 through my memory stick via computer. Every time I successfully download them through the links provided, I find that my PS4 won't read the data through my flash drive. Any insight on this matter would be much appreciated as I can't get my PS4 online due to the hacks that took place yesterday evening and today. Thanks!

On your memory stick make sure u name a folder PS4 and make sure its all capital, then extrack file using winzip, my fav winrar and that should work.
