(PS3 & PS4 Only)

• Improved strike zone accuracy with new pitch locations for on-the-black calls and borderline balls & strikes
• Improved hit call accuracy through new field zone locations and deeper parameter logic
• Improved runner rounding base and runner scoring content for more exciting big-play calls
• Improved deep fly ball logic that allows more diverse calls on potential home runs, and prevents the user from hearing calls that give away the play result before it occurs
• Improved foul ball logic to allow for open-ended play-by-play on playable or nearly playable balls, prevents user from hearing calls that give away the result
• New batter introductions and pitch result content for the new skip batter walkup system (speeds up gameplay, tightens play-by-play)
• New system for handling safe result calls that includes proper acknowledgement of the runner’s slide type

The one that caught my eye is the 2nd to last one- Hours of new custom stadium and ambiance music (over 40 new tracks) does that mean there is create a stadium or edit stadiums in the game? hmmmmmmmm

No, they just added more stadium sounds and the 40 new tracks would be would be the batter walk ups, base hit, home run music etc..........believe me if create a stadium was in it would be in the fact sheet.

I'm mostly interested in Franchise Mode, so I guess an in-depth franchise blog would be more exciting for me. Although, Performance-based Player Progression does sound intriguing. The thing that I wondered about immediately after reading that was if call-ups were going to be progression based or not...

I'm also interested if things like career stat tracking, more in-game overlays, improved commentary, injuries in franchise being more in-depth (chronic injuries, rehab assignments, etc.) made it in this year?

Lastly, any news on online franchise would be great, as that will probably be my main selling point this year.

Would you happen to know if the issue was fixed where when the home team makes an out you sometimes hear music playing and in turn makes it sound like the away team batters have batter walk up music playing in a opposing teams ball park?

I think you know the answer to that. If create-a-stadium was in the game I'm pretty sure I would have listed it first before anything else.

Russell responded earlier and its like half the screen looks at the pitcher and half looks at the batter as you would see on a broadcast during a game. Used to show stressful situations during a game when they are staring each other down.
