Perhaps I misunderstood what you were saying.

ok walk with me for a minute..

going from 13 to 14 you have to HAVE your FRANCHISE or RTTS files saved to THE CLOUD for them to be able to be transferred from one to the other.

      (letting that sink in lol)

Now in this feed (22:45 into feed) there is a question asked about how many files they can transfer from 14 to 15 and if they have to be CLOUD files (meaning only one file regardless of which one you had RTTS or Franchise)

they state that BECAUSE of year to year saves starting t his year they opened up the ability to transfer ANY SAVE FILE.. non cloud for your RTTS and Franchise transfers.

ok say i have like 10 seperate files for 10 different RTTS players... this year i wont be hampered by being able to just transfer which ever one is located on the cloud server. Now i will be able to transfer as many as i choose to from 14 to 15 as long as tehy are a save file...

      same thing with franchise...

did this clear it up at all??

ok remember before we had cloud servers...

we had to just save our files straight to the hard drive?

that is where you can transfer from now... no cloud save needed... and as many different RTTS and Franchise files as you want to transfer you can now..

        No.....you're mistaken.
You could never take a save from 13 to 14....HDD or Cloud.
What you could do was take a 14 PS3 save and move it to the PS4 via the cloud....
You might still have to do that(PS3------PS4).....I don't think the USB save will transfer...
But for bringing your 14 Franchise/RTTS/ save to 15....you don't need the Cloud...it's taking it straight from your HDD.

Let me play devil's advocate here. And furthermore even if mlblover could magically carry over files from '13 to '14 before SDS added that feature, why does he think that 1 CLOUD save at a time would be limiting? Load the CLOUD save from '13 in the new game, save it locally using '14. Overwrite the original CLOUD save from '13 with a different rtts/franchise file from '13. Rinse and repeat 9 more times. Right?

Right, no worries. But my thought is that you can transfer a cloud file over then overwrite a new file to the cloud and keep doing that until you get all your files from PS3 to PS4. No reason you can't get ALL of your files over, but you would have to do them 1 at a time.

I'm personally not that interested in the Licensed Gear. It seems this stuff is really popular and important to younger crowds, and people who enjoy playing Tiger Woods Golf, NBA 2k, Madden, etc, but one of the things I always liked about MLB the Show is that it DIDN'T have the licensed gear-- it somehow seemed above it. But I get it. I just hope it stays mostly contained to the RTTS mode. I guess it increases the overall realism, but I think it also takes away from the the gameplay to be bombarded with Adverts.

I hope these adverts didn't take away development time from the online experience.

What? The people that get the equipment in the game have nothing to do with the online part of the game.

The IK system won't make it in this year? Oh well. Now there's something awesome to look forward too next year right off the bat.

Wrigley Field's outfield construction will not be complete until May's first week.

Anyone got an idea of how MLB The Show's developers are creating Wrigley for the March 31st release date? Then, will there be an additional update?

I know its picky, but living five blocks away from Wrigley makes it personal.

PS Don't waste your time replying with a "Cubs suck" joke, my friends are funnier than you. I have already heard em all.
