I actually heard that it takes a full minute to update as opposed to the industry standard of 30 seconds to update elbow guards.

And this is no disrespect to the developers...

Sony cuts the checks. They do what Sony allows them to do, by funding the game development.
If anything it's a shot at SCEA.

Look, i bought The Show in 2008, 09, 10, 11, 12 , and 13.

I loved it then, but year after year of seeing the same core game over and over got me thinking..

Where are the game play changes?
Where is the new game engine?
Where is the new commentary?

Just saying, when they loose the market in a few years, all the above will be then looked into.

May I just say, this is the hardest working most tedious dev team I've ever seen. The reason they have no competition is because they're so good and work so hard, they put their competition out of business. (Not to mention MLB 2K just started sucking, but I digress). If you're gonna say a dev team doesn't work hard aim that at Tiburon. At least it'll be a valid statement then.

I think it would be kind of cool if on some (not necessarily all) of the generic gear, they put on the Sony San Diego Logo (sans wording) and had the option to adjust it with team colors.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1425513878.821647.jpg

Yeah, but I always find it looks silly when the game logo or other identifiable images are in the game. I'd rather they just throw together a few fake brand logos and slap them on everything than having THE SHOW on the bats for example. Or seeing billboards for the game when I am playing the game (unless those stadiums have those ads in real life of course).

Are we going to be able to use more colors for bat tape this year? (In the Spring Training video Eric Hosmer has neon tape) Previously we could only use Black, White, Green, Blue, and Red. Can we use all the colors now or just a select few? Team colors?

Idk if SCEA is aware of this or if it is too late, but the Angels no longer wear black cleats. They have started wearing team color cleats (red).

FYI, they are looking into the cleat colors for the other teams that have locked cleats. So this may be a part of that evaluation. I can inquire... is there a press release to go along with this?
