With Universal Rewards, Card Collecting, Stubs and a Daily Sign In feature, I feel it would be really awesome if MLB The Show came up with a supporting app for your smartphone or tablet.
An app where you can check in and claim your Daily Sign In reward without having to turn on your Play Station.
You could also search through the marketplace when you are bored to look around or even make an impulse decision to spend a lot of stubs on a high value card without access to your Play Station.
Another cool thing would be to look at your card collection. Maybe you want to show a buddy youre completed team collection and the legend that came with it without having them come over to your house and go through the collection you have. Show them straight from your phone.
NBA 2K has this kind of app and in the app you can play a mini game with your card collection to earn VC, Pick whose going to win that days NBA game and earn VC for correct picks, also randomly choose 3 cards to win VC or a player card. And I personally go on the app everyday to earn a little extra VC without having to log onto my play station.
