With Spring Training starting up, I've got baseball fever, and decided to pop in The Show for the first time since October and start a new franchise using updated rosters with the offseason moves. Came up $14,258 shy of my budget wall, lol.
I usually stay a few million shy. Rarely ever get less than a million, but after leaving myself with about 900k in space after my player moves, I had a scout retire, and replaced him with THE cheapest one available, leaving my JUST shy. I'm not sure that I'll actually progress with the franchise, since we're so close to next year's game and I'm still finishing up a few other games before then, but if I did, I'd likely need to make a few trades to clear up some more space in case of injuries, I imagine.
