    The Long Term Plan

We all know that the Dev's (Marketing Team) etc, read and follow these posts and on occasion, have answered queries, made remarks, etc.
Everyone is grateful, I'm sure, for the feedback and the vids on the new game, etc, but what of the future?
What are the future devolpments plans....they must have them. Whether they be 1 year, 2 year. What can we as consumers, 'users', expect to see in the years ahead?
The thing I'm getting at, is, that we constantly hear on this forum complaints that The Show doesn't do this or do that...or why hasn't this changed etc.
So tell us....what is possible,to expect in the years ahead. What is unlikely. What doesn't stand a chance...
You must have A Long Term Plan, every good business has to have one.
The people that use this forum have hopes and dreams, as to what this game 'should have', 'should be', can we share your insight? Or will we have to grow older( though not wiser) to the future of this game?
Maybe in the time left, till the new release, you can dedicate a vid or blog to what the future holds for MLB THE SHOW, for you.......... and for us.....

We are focused on finishing MLB the 15 The Show right now. With the time left until release we are focusing on explaining and showcasing what's new and changed in MLB 15 The Show.

Focus on the next game. I like that. Seems to work well:

Would the lady who left her nine kids at Wrigley Field please pick them up immediately? They are beating the Cubs 4-0 in the 7th inning!

Thank you, for such an immediate, response and reply...most grateful. Maybe its something you might be able to address, later in the year. Clearly, (and I understand), a company does not like to discuss, (at any time), what it cannot achieve, today, tomorrow, or some time in the future ......but it would, at least keep the pessimist off your back.......but maybe not the optimist. (or vice versa).
        Maybe that's just wishful thinking.....

I hear what the op is saying but at the same time as annoying as it maybe to us gamers, not letting the hat out of the bag is a relatively effective way of marketing as well every company does it. Also things never turn out exactly the way it is planned. If scea says ya in the next 2 years there will be a full fledged expansion mode but than development hits a snag and it wouldn't be ready til 3 years from now... people would flip and in a way rightfully so and screwing over their credibility.

          Just think about it

This would be the last place I would want to list my long term goals. People live and die on every word here. All that they would get would be grief if a timeline was not met or cut entirely.

Points taken......and understood, regarding a specific timeline, but maybe I was trying to address more, the question of whether specific/non specific, items, be they, graphical, or statistical, would be addressed, at some point in the future... or never at all.....and how the company sees the 'future plan'. But, at the same time, I can fully understand,(I think), the reasons for not divulging such information.... at any time.

                      Ramone has hinted at some things;
1.He's said stats are top of list for next year.

2.the artists are always working on improving the graphical integrity of the game.

3.ramone has alluded to roster carryover being on the list for next year as well.

Would future versions of the game ever include more customization options? The Show has just fallen way behind other games when it comes to customizing your franchise experience. Even Madden has relocation. I find my self having to buy OOTP baseball to get a real simulation game. Of course I'd never expect The Show to have every feature of OOTP but a few would be nice. International features would be nice too.

We have had the discussion on relocation a million times. It is not in SCEA's hands. The MLB doesn't want that aspect in the game for whatever reason. So until the MLB moves off from that then we will NOT have relocation. Create-A-Stadium is a possibility but I don't think we will see that for another couple of years.
