Re: DS4 sound
Yeah, that speaker really catches my attention. If the coaches came through it, that'd be great. I wouldn't miss things.Comment

Re: DS4 sound
For regular games it would be cool if when your batting, you hear the crack of the bat from the controller along with a little vibration, and when pitching, you hear the pop of the catchers mitt. Idk little things like that, I think would add to the immersion, and feeling like you're actually playing baseball.Comment

Re: DS4 sound
I'd probably disable the D24 speaker if were ever implemented. The sound that comes out of the controller doesn't really fit very well with surround sound systems.Comment

Re: DS4 sound
I feel like the best way to go about these sounds would be to put the sounds of the crack of the bat and pop of the glove because when you play baseball those sounds come from your hands.
The coach's voice and other teammates/fans could be a cool feature to have play through a headset because that's what it would sound like if you were on the field.Comment

Re: DS4 sound
I don't want some tinny sounding effect coming from my controller when I have a surround sound system that is optimized to handle all of the gorgeous sound that the game can produce.
Just my opinion, but with the effort it might take to implement I fear it wouldn't be worth the hassle for the return it would provide in consumers making use of it.Comment

If pitching from behind the pitcher, maybe you could hear the pitcher breathe/grunt and hear the sound of the ball leave the hand, then the TV will have the catcher's mitt sound. Like throwing from your controller to the TV.Comment

Re: DS4 sound
I don't always play with the audio on the tv on (depends what I have on the other TV) and it would be absolutely fantastic if I could hear a "runner" from the speakers when the runner is stealing second. Can't tell you how many times I've missed it.Comment
