During the stream they said that generated pitchers won't have certain pitch breaks like the real MLB pitchers. I was just wondering if there was a way they could tie the pitch breaks to that pitchers windup? That way you could select that windup for a generated pitcher and he would then have those pitch breaks.

If you think about it, those real pitch breaks are based on the real pitchers stats and skills built up over time... it wouldn't be fair to give those same breaks to someone just generated and doesn't have the same skills yet.

Some are saying there is a dugout celebration scene in the 8th inning when Flowers hits a home run. I didn't see it, am I missing something?

I think because the were doing Fast Play instead of Broadcast is the reason you did not see the celebration.

One thing I will say though along the lines of the Monster wall not being a major deal... it was kind've disappointing to see Pedey with the long beard again. I know he doesn't wear it that thick all year. (Maybe something they need to do is code it in where during play now games unless that player wears a thick beard, they don't have it, also, during the season, players are thin and as playoffs approach, it gets thicker.)

Ramone asked if there was a dugout celebration, but no cutscene was shown and they were playing broadcast

The new lighting is going to really bring this game to life!

You can easily see in these 2 screen shots how the new lighting affects things like the building in right field for example. Look how different it looks from just one inning later thanks to the clouds causing the shadows. And this will change inning by inning

As long as they stop giving everyone corn rows and handlebar mustaches I will be fine with the generated player pitch breaks. I never know if I'm looking at a baseball team or a motorcycle gang of wanna be rappers. Going through every teams minor leagues and editing all the weirdness of generated players gets tiresome.

From what I saw it looked like Napoli and Pedroia should have traded beards. Or did Napoli shave his?

I'm skipping through and watching the parts I missed yesterday. The stadiums look great! Love the little touches, like people walking in the concourses/aisles and moving around in the sky boxes while the game is going on. The flags that respond to the wind speed and direction. The center field camera platform at Fenway.

And of course the lighting and shadows really add to the immersion. During the US Cellular game, the partly cloudy sky creating some clouds/some sun on the field at the same time looks absolutely incredible.

So with only an iphone, ipad and ps4 you can't watch any archived streams on Twitch?

Correct. Archived videos on that site still use Flash and none of those devices support it.

I watch most of the Brewers' games, but i feel like i still never see much difference between in game, and in real life.

That said, Lohse's pitching animation drove me insane. I skipped games pitching with him sometimes, because i just couldn't stand it...(and he always seemed to give up tons of homers with me controlling him)

The streams look nice. Quick question, are there any gameplay videos that exists online somewhere on the same graphical level as the summer wind trailer (1080p / 60fps)? Thanks.

I've noticed that the devs always select "Warm Pitcher Up" when going to the bullpen and never use the first option. Why is that?

Is it unnecessary to stretch and toss, or whatever it is? I hate how many times I have to go in and out of the bullpen menus and I often forget to get someone up in time when playing in the NL and pinch hitting late in games.
