Is there going to be any video preview for PS3?

I'm loving all the videos coming out, but as one who still plays the game on PS3 and can't afford a PS4 at the moment, I would love to see some video of gameplay on the PS3 version. Any chance this will happen? Thanks.

I haven't seen any PS3 videos, and doubt one will be released before launch unless someone gets a copy early.

But since we've been hearing for a few years that PS3 is pretty much maxed out, you can expect it to look almost identical graphically to MLB 14 on PS3

My guess is that the PS3 version at this point will pretty much be 14 with a roster update.

So you didn't read the Fact Sheet before making that statement then?

OP: There are screenshots out there and visually this game is at it's max on the PS3. However, whilst not including all of PS4's additions (no radio show, no split screen, authentic equipment only shows up in menus, not during gameplay) there is more lines of commentary, more animations, new HR Derby format, challenges and the update DD system. These have all been confirmed. On the wait and see list is the post pitch camera angles and certain stadium updates which have been mentioned are present but not confirmed.

Like ajblithe20 said we won't see the game in action on PS3 before people start getting the game early.

Yes I did when it first came out. I didn't sit and memorize it though, especially not the PS3 parts. Didn't much feel like looking for it to point out what's the same and what is different before making the post either. But it is pretty well known without proof of the fact sheet that there isn't going to be any monumental changes to the PS3 at this point in its existence.

Updated my post whilst writing yours, bar the improved visuals, radio show and equipment showing during gameplay, the PS3/PS4 checklist is pretty much the same.

As cold as this sounds, i look forward to a couple of years time when they stop releasing on the PS3 altogether and can focus all their efforts on the PS4.

I'm not expecting anything groundbreaking (new game engine, commentary, etc.) until that happens.

And that applies for many other game series as well.

So do I, of course by then I will have a PS4, unlike now. Hopefully I will get one this summer sometime.
