What determines hot/cold streaks for players? Is it the player of the game alone, or is there something in the game that decides when a player will be "hot" or "cold" and makes it easier or harder to get hits/pitch well?

It is programmed into the mechanics of the game.

I believe it's the last 10 games the player has played. Above/below a certain threshold will make him hot/cold.

I've read that being hot/cold impacts batter timing windows (so hot, you are "on" more pitches and cold, you have to be more precise or you'll get weaker hits and/or more misses). Pitching probably works the same way - easier to hit the meter, mistakes are punished more/less, etc.

Could I train one of my younger Set-Up/Pitchers to gain more Stamina to potentially make them a RP or maybe even a SP?

Yes. You can manually train your players in the game and one of the training exercises for pitchers is to gain stamina. However, I cannot remember what the exercise is off the top of my head, but if you go into the training screen, as you cycle through the exercises, it will highlight which attribute that exercise effects.

After every diamond dynasty game you receive a card. I have played about 30 games and every time I get the lesser of the the two cards left at the end of the "drawing". Is this a glitch?

No, just bad luck.

I think the default for hitting is catcher with dynamic fielding camera.

For pitching, I think it defaults to broadcast, which is unique for each stadium.

After selecting stadium, along with time, weather & presentation, it'll be the first option. Same with Play Now games.

I just signed up and can only reply to threads.
This is an online franchise question.
Do everyday players fatigue? In my offline league they do. I have an online franchise with a friend. Pitchers fatigue but everyday players do not. They do not have that green bar.
