    Re: MLB 15: The Show Q & A Thread

Couple of small questions, all regarding Franchise.

    1. Under 30 team control, does the trade finder still work like it does under 1 team control? Or does the fact you are controlling all 30 teams kind of break it? (I ask because I'd like to use the trade finder, as opposed to having to try to make realistic deals on my own in 30 team franchise)

    2. Once you get to the offseason, are the signings more spread out? In the past, when I get to the offseason, everyone who was going to sign ended up signing in the first week, and almost no players decided to sign between December-February.

    3. In non-30 team control seasons, does the computer make more realistic deals with free agents? Under this same scenario, does the computer do better with lineup and rotation/bullpen management (as well as minor league management)?

    4. Though I can't imagine this can be answered by anyone outside of the devs, I think it should still be asked... is Online Franchise improved? Mostly with regard to the contract system. I was hoping online franchise would be just like franchise, just online so you can play with friends. It was weird having to deal with a completely different style of budgeting.

Thanks for answering any of these questions. I'll be getting my copy soon enough (anny edition!) but these questions were nagging at the back of my mind.

Everything will carry over. There really isnt a benefit to starting over unless you just want to.

I think you are referring to button accuracy which has been in the game for a few years now.

Russell_SCEA confirmed that Online Franchise is exactly the same product as last year. Nothing has been touched. This is a disappointment to me as well , as the service time/budgeting/trade AI all needed work.

He said the feature set was the same. I don't think that means issues were necessarily ignored.

Interesting. I hope that is right.

Are the cutscenes choppy again this year or are they fine?

                            They are fine. Smooth

My initial post should say haven't seen a drop

Thanks for the answers to that one, at least.

I hope Online Franchise is better, otherwise, I'll be completely ignoring it, again.

It's a shame, because I was really hoping this would be the year me and my friend could finally do a franchise mode in earnest (I only visit once a month, max, and we have other things we like to do besides playing the Show). Being able to do our franchise online would be huge. And no, we can't share play on normal franchise. We've never been able to get share play to work.

                              Oh well. Thanks again.

Really everything is smooth with tight gameplay. Heads and Shoulders (without the dandruff) compared to last yr.
