Does anyone know if this years fired managers will be in the game to be hired next year? More importantly will Gardenhire be in the game?

this would be awesome. But I have a feeling that they wont be. This is a small area that I wish would get more attention from the developers. Editable managers and coaches would be amazing

This is interesting because the helmets used to be tied in with the jersey. So now I'm wondering if you select the orange jersey on the road will you get the white panel helmet or the black panel helmet.

It looks great with the white panel, but it will be pretty annoying if they end up wearing the white panel helmet on the road.

I'm not completely sure how what the helmets are tied in with uniforms yet. I was just giving some possibilities as to why that person didn't see the correct helmet.

Hopefully we don't have the see the white panel on the road, but a small uniform mix up like that won't kill me lol

Spring Training substitution is alot better. There are things that I hope they improve on in year's to come, but the cpu does make substitutions which is a welcomed addition.

Do teams also cut down there spring training roster the closer you get to the season?

One thing I did think of was the stream where they showed that they can mix and match this year with the uniform logic. Because they have both helmets in the game I wonder if the mix and match applies to the helmets as well. I am pretty sure that is how they were able to patch the Brewers alternate uniform, because they had the other helmet and font and socks in the game already.

Has anyone figured out how to influence hits? I use zone hitting and the controls have changed but the new scheme doesn't make sense?

I am used to R2 and the right analog stick from 2014 and earlier.

Yes. All teams start with 40 players in Spring Training. Once the season starts they will cut that down to the 25 man roster.

All the coaches in the coaches pool are generic coaches. I am hopeful one day we will be allowed to edit the coaches much like we do the players.

Could someone with the game give any confirmation as to whether the Orioles wear their white panel helmets at home with their black jerseys?

I saw that they do with their Orange jerseys which is great. I also saw someone mention they saw in a stream and they didn't have the white panel helmets, but there was no screenshot and I'm not sure if that person had the O's at home or if they selected different pieces of the uniform which may have thrown it off

Does anyone know if the rookie managers will be included or will it be like previous years where the manager will be generic if he's a first time manager?

FYI The Rays, Astros, Twins, Rangers, Dbacks all have generic managers, but some of the coaches on their staffs are real.

I mean during spring training. For example, in real life players on the 40 man get sent back to minor league camp right around now. Do they do that in the show or do they wait until the season starts?

So if I don't choose a direction to hit on directional hitting, it is identical to timing hitting, right?
