MLB 15 first plans?
What is everyone planning on doing first when it drops on Monday night? I'm gonna set my settings and sliders, when I wake up I'll do the Patriots day (April 11 am) game against the O's, then a night game @ Yankee Stadium.. Then I'm gonna continue my 14 franchise and work with that a while I think.Last edited by A_Quiet_Pro; 03-24-2015, 04:48 PM.Tags: None -

Re: MLB 15 first plans?
Scroll the rosters to see equipment, homerun swings batting stances/pitching motions, see ratings. Then jump into a Subway Series matchup with my Mets vs Yankees at Citi Field. After that go through Diamond Dynasty to open packs with the packs and stubs I get with preorder and anniversary edition. Plan on spending all the stubs on packs. Then look through the Equipment cards, Ritual Cards and each teams cards. Set up my Diamond Dynasty team, Logos and Uniforms. Then play some pick up games with random teams to check out stadiums and players I like watching until OSFM drops to start my Official Catcher RTTS and Mets Franchise!!!Comment

Re: MLB 15 first plans?
1) Evaluate the default 40-man rosters for every team, determine what changes may be needed (going to try and resist changing player attributes), make the necessary 40-man roster changes (including creating some players who should be on the various 40-man rosters but were excluded). Once I am happy with the rosters I will port over my sliders from MLB 14. I would imagine this will keep me busy from 10:00:01 pm on March 30th until ??? hopefully less than 2 hours worth of work, could be more. Time will tell.
2) Go to bed.
3) Wake up, go to work and think about MLB 15 all day while at work.
4) Hopefully "knock on wood" when I get home from work on the 31st I will be in a position to start my 2015 Season, fast forwarding through most of Spring Training until about the last week and then play about a weeks worth of Spring Training practice games (checking out the new minor league stadiums) game prior to my 2015 regular Season games starting the following Sunday or Monday where I try to mirror the real world calendar as close as possible.
That's the plan at least.Last edited by My993C2; 03-24-2015, 05:27 PM.Comment

Re: MLB 15 first plans?
seriously though, i have to work at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday the 31st, so I won't be picking up my preorder until Tuesday afternoon. Usually I call in sick the day The Show releases, but too many people in my office out on spring break next week, I'd just get called at home anyway.Comment

Re: MLB 15 first plans?
well i am also one stuck with working that day. My wife will be picking up my 10-Year anniversary addition during the day for me.
Trade finder is the first thing on my list... going through every player that i am looking to trade in my current franchise and seeing who i get for them from other teams (carrying over from 14) and then looking at every player i have ever dreamed of having on my team and seeing if they can be had and for whom on my team...
then jumping straight into my franchise that i have going and am just over 1/4 of the way through year 2015!!!!!"Baseball is life, without Baseball life itself ceases to exist." - Ken SpragueComment

Play on PS3 and continue to debate whether I should spend my tax return on a PS4 or save for an engagement ringComment
