Just had a great 16 inning game. It was a "father's day Classic" The game was a seasaw battle between the Yankees (me) and the Detroit Tigers. Game went to 16 innings. I gave up the lead in the top of the 16th and was able to tie the game and hit a walkoff with Tex in the bottom of the 16th. Game was tense and exciting. Game started at 1pm and ended around 5:30pm or so. I loved how the shadows covered the entire field by the time the game was over. Anyway, here is the 16th inning:

Two on. Two outs. Bottom of the eighth and my Yankees are clinging to a one-run lead. Miller on the mound to try and hold the lead for the Yankees and he does this...

Just loving this game so far. Win or lose, the big moments like this is what makes it all fun.

This has to be some sort of Easter egg. And I mean, talk about detail. Any game can have sunflower seeds, common in every single baseball game from little league to the bigs. But no, SCEA put ranch sunflower seeds. Now that, my friends, is going above and beyond!
