Road To The Show Starting Pitcher Pitches

Just wanted to see what everybody likes to throw with their SP and how effective they are with those pitches.

I personally can't decide if I'm going to go with a 4SEAM or RFB. RFB obviously has movement that can jam hitters that bat on the same side of the handedness of the pitcher, but something about blowing a 98 mph heater high and in past a swinging batter is so just so exciting.

I usually stick with 4SEAM, Circle Change, Slider...and then maybe 2SEAM or Cutter.

    How about you guys?

Start off a with a 4 Seam, regular change and cutter. Ill add a slurve and then a 2 seam possibly.

I usually have 2 types of fastballs, I like to have 4 seamer and one that has a little movement. Usually then a change up and either a slider or curve. Once I get far enough into a career it is pretty easy to pick up and add pitches and have all stats pretty high so I play around with different types.

Lefty pitcher starting with 4 seam, 12-6 curve, and circle change. During 1st offseason he learns a slider or slurve and during 2nd offseason he learns a sinker or splitter.

4 seamer, circle change, knuckle-curve, add a slider and split.

              Knuckleball, 4-seam, 12-6 curve.

              Yes, knuckleball first.

Why? Because the knuckleball is maybe the one pitch that gets BETTER as you get older.

And because so few guys have thrown it.
