Yeah this is a really big bummer. I would gladly pay full price for a version that just has batter walk ups added. Damn. It's like the one thing I've been complaining about all this time is finally fixed (player faces) and then they go and remove a basic detail that was in the past two versions that added sooooo much. Ugh really disappointed.
Also pitcher stamina is still not visible while in a game which boggles my mind. And lastly- the solo home run bug in franchise mode is still there (every home run is 423 feet in franchise).

That's frustrating. I was frustrated when they removed starting pitcher introductions in 14. Glad they fixed the faces at least.

Are there still weird substitutions where players play way out of position?

I had a crash in Exhibition mode while I was viewing a replay. I tried to take a screenshot of the code, but apparently the shot didn't save.

I'll be skipping the Vita version this year.

Remote play works awesome for me and the Vita never leaves my house. I don't really see a reason to have two copies of the same game but I feel the pain for those who commute or travel with their Vitas.

I'm gonna try remote play. Last year there was a little lag that threw my timing off like crazy. I hope with my upgraded Internet it'll be better.

I may do the same, although I do travel quite a bit for work, but I can always go back and play 12, 13 or 14 (I've got franchises and seasons saved on all 3) when I'm on the road.

Thanks for the impressions, guys. Kind of bummed that some of the long-time bugs or annoyances (FOUL/OUT, solo HR's all going 423 ft.) are still in the game.

I don't know how you guys handle remote play- do you turn the pitch speed way down? It's impossible for me to hit via remote play.

Having said all the negative about the batter walk ups- the game does play well.

Have you tried it lately?... It's running at 60fps with the latest update. You need to be connected PS4 to Vita to make it run buttery. (Don't forget to change the connection quality settings it on the Vita to run at the higher quality.)

I checked at Best Buy and didn't see a physical copy on the shelves. Then again, I didn't see a physical copy for the PS4 version either. I had to ask three different employees before somebody finally came out with three copies and said: "These are all we got." They were all 10th Anniversary Editions. I just said "Eh, what the hell" and bought one.

Just changed my settings on the vita. Are you saying it works best to do direct ps4 to vita instead of over wi-fi? I do have pretty good internet and usually would be sitting 15 feet away from both ps4 and wireless router.

Directly connected to PS4 is better for me at least. My u-Verse router is brutal.

Now I just need to decide if I can wait for the ups guy to show up or if I should make the plunge for the vita version while waiting!

This is me as well. I'm new to Vita so haven't played the show on it yet. Thought I might like it while I watch baseball which I do through the PS3 and PS4.

If you're only doing it at home, you might just enjoy Remote Play with your PS4 version. It will look better and it's still playable. I just did it with Pitch Speed on 10. Very awesome.

How can Sony get away with this misinformation on the Vita MLB the SHow 15 box? It clearly says that it requires 6MB of memory. The case has no physical game in it, only a voucher for a digital download. The download is 3.1GB. How can they possibly claim it only takes 6MB then?

Even the PS4 games indicate how much space they need when installed....despite the fact that all the data is on the DVD/Bluray it takes up space on the drive too. This is beyond me and perhaps someone out there is going to get burned when they don't have enough storage to download it.

                                Just my 2 cents.
