    Where is the Swing/Pitch Info???

In previous versions, this stayed on the screen, showing pitch location and what type of swing occurred on the last pitch and whether the swing was high/low, etc.. Now it appears you have to pull the R2 and then move a directional button to get the same info. Am I missing something? I want this constantly on my screen like previous versions.

It's still there unless you have the option turned off. After you swing there is a display that pops up showing swing location and whether you were early or late or good
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

The only "display" I see is part of the strike zone graphic and it only shows location and "early", "'late", etc.. There is no feedback on where the swing was. Only the timing.

The static Showzone box is GONE and i'm not happy either.

If you hit R3 it will show the pitch type in the box and where it was; if you have zone hitting on it lights up in color where you tried to hit the ball and if you were late/early/etc.

But the little box that showed every single pitch all ab is gone.

One caveat if someone fouls off a ball or hits it, no velo or pitch detail shows up at all; weak sauce

Bizarre to remove that feature. Makes no sense. Also the radar reading disappears in an instant. Really odd decisions.

Press R2 to bring up the info.
Press directional buttons left and right to cycle between AB and last pitch.

Whereever the late or early display shows up is where the swing was. There's a graphic that's red, orangish or green and that is where you swung

Unless I've missed it, I don't think this is true playing with directional hitting. I only see red or blue for ball or strike and nothing showing swing location.

Timing hitting does not show the PCI anymore in regards to location feedback, you just get the timing feedback label and color at the top of the zone.

Which honestly makes perfect sense as the PCI is irrelevant in timed/directional hitting. You don't control the PCI it is a random dice roll and based on player ratings.

Makes sense to me. As long as I get the too early, too late feed back I am good.

What about contact feedback though...that is still in as well correct?

I like the new design, personally. It keeps the perspective of my batting camera and places all relevant information (pitch type, location, PCI, timing, etc.) in once place.

Yeah, I don't want to knee-jerk on loving/hating it yet - it's just different. It's an adjustment for me to not have to glance over at the swing info window after every pitch - now everything's just in the middle.

The biggest thing to me is you get a truer representation of where your PCI is. I always felt that the OSD on the side was not scaled properly showing where the ball was in relation to the PCI.

It does not appear to be there. I was under the impression it still was going to be but I did not see it.
