Y to Y saves from PS 3 to PS 4 Cloud

Having a problem... I moved from PS3 to PS4. I made sure I had my franchised exactly the way I wanted and saved it to the Cloud. My understanding was I needed to do two steps:
1. go to the Cloud, download my ps3 save file to the ps4
2. go to Continue from MLB 14

However, when I go to the Cloud it says, "There is no FRANCHISE MODE save data on the Cloud server."
Anyone else having this problem or am I doing something wrong?

Bottom line: You CANNOT port your Franchise or RTTS files directly from the PS3 MLB 14 to the PS4 MLB 15. You must do the following: (from Russell at SCEA via another thread)

1. Port your PS3 MLB 14 files to PS4 MLB14 game.
2. Save your MLB14 files on your PS4.
3. Port over the MLB14 PS4 to your MLB15 PS4 game.

Basically the PS3 and PS4 structures are too different to do it directly.
