    Franchise Player Contracts

    I unfortunately am stuck at work all day, so haven't been able to open the game that I have sitting in front of me on my desk. A question that I was wondering though, is in the past franchise mode versions of The Show, player contracts were not only incorrect, but were cheap. What I mean by that is that an ace starting pitcher such as Clayton Kershaw would sign a contract for 5.5 million a year for 5 years compared to what he would normally ask for(20+ Million a year). I also noticed that many current players contract amounts were wrong.

    Are these two things something that were addressed this year, and if anybody is running a franchise run through to the offseason maybe they can post a screenshot of the top free agents and there asking amounts, or somebody can post an image of their team's salary expense in there current franchise so that we can see what players contracts look like?

    There's this new feature called Editable contracts, that allows you to change the contracts of each player prior to entering a game mode.

    Sadly, the option is disabled after you're in a game mode.

      So it is possible that the OSFM will have player contracts correct as well?

          If you set the contracts to 100% realism it will break the game/budgets. But the contracts should at least be more realistic than the default ones. Like the big name players will probably be made more accurate is my assumption.
