Yes they are well aware, and it should be fixed in the upcoming patch.

So I noticed a few other people on here with this issue, Russ posted in the impressions thread yesterday that it was fixed by giving out additional rewards, but I have not received the gold rewards or any additional rewards.

No, unless it was just added to my cards/items, i don't recall seeing the reward screen that appeared the 1st time i got the silver loyalty rewards.

And if they were added there was no gold items,i have only received one gold card(rp miller from nyy) from universal rewards after a game,about 60-70 games played and over 20 packs opened and logged in everyday.

I cant quite remember but looking back on it i do believe i got my rewards because i remember as soon as i got the rewards i erased all of my MLB The Show 14' saves and game.
