franchise draft & Edit player
I just simulated to the draft, went to check out my drafted player. Editing is now limited (All "non-real" players have limited editing in franchise mode). If your drafted player has a Fu Manchu, you can not change the facial hair. I am disappointed, editing your drafted players is important to me. I want to draft the best player available, now it is the best player who's face isn't jacked. I have not felt this way since the 2k baseball series. -

Great! Thanks! The only benefit I can see is a faster load time or something. I think over time, this will become an explosion on Twitter once people discover this issue. That is why I posted so it could maybe be apart of the first patch.Comment

Re: franchise draft & Edit player
I had gotten the game earlier and reported it so russell has known about it since Sunday I think. I'm sure they will do their best to get it fixed.2016 NLL Champion Saskatchewan Rush

Re: franchise draft & Edit player
Speaking of editing players, I don't know if its a bug or not but changing primary position erases any positions, which prevents editing positions of players with unique secondary position combinations. Last year and all previous years, the secondary positions would stick.Bakin' soda, I got bakin' sodaComment

Re: franchise draft & Edit player
not a really big deal for me this year, but if this was the case last year I would be flipping because I had a Yankees franchise and whenever I called up a prospect I would make sure to edit his facial hair
doing a dbacks franchise this year. they don't have any facial hair restrictions right? they better not lolComment

Re: franchise draft & Edit player
Another possible bug happens when editing the batting stances. If you change a guy's follow through to anything other than Default, his Practice Swing, Stride, and Home Run swing all change to Style 1.
Take Nelson Cruz for instance... he has a two-handed follow through in real life, but it's one-handed in MLB 15. If you change it to two-handed, his signature Practice Swing, Stride, and Home Run swing all change to a generic Style 1Comment

Re: franchise draft & Edit player
Hmm, I don't think so. I'm playing 14 right now and Stephen Vogt is listed as 1B (C, LF). When I change his primary to C, his secondaries become !B and LF they don't disappearComment

Re: franchise draft & Edit player
Last year the secondary position would disappear from the screen, but when you view the back of player's card they would be view-able..Comment

Re: franchise draft & Edit player
They should just have a pop-up screen for secondary positions that allows you to select all the other positions the guy can play. Then you could at least re-assign all of his actual positions.
There are outfielders who can also play infield positions. For example, there are players who are primarily outfielders but can play first base. Currently, you have to make his primary one outfield position, but if he's also a first basemen, then you have to make that his secondary position. Now he plays one outfield position and first base, but he might be able to play multiple outfield positions.
Of course, you could make him primarily a first basemen to get around this (assigning him to OF as secondary), but it would be preferable to just tag him with all the different secondary positions he can play.Last edited by JTommy67; 04-04-2015, 04:09 PM.Comment
