I just wanted to see if anyone else has been experiencing the same bug that I have. This has happened to me 3 times now. I hit a foul ball about 10-15 rows into the stands and about 10 feet before the ball hits the stands it takes a wicked 45 degree angle back into the fielders glove for an out. Also wanted to note that the wind was blowing 9mph in the OPPOSITE direction!

Foul Ball Bug
First off before I say anything I have already reported this bug on the show nation but it hasn't gotten any attention.

I had another foul ball bug that broke the game entirely. Proof here: http://youtu.be/6hVQDlcb81Y -
Re: Foul Ball Bug
I fouled one out of play behind home plate. The batter took off the first and the screen wouldn't change so I advanced all the way home and then the screen went to the next batter with the runner back on third. I guess I hit a ground ruled triple into the seats behind home.Comment

Re: Foul Ball Bug
OP is right, I've seen this too and filled out a bug report a couple days ago. It's uncommon, but not as rare as I first thought because I've seen it two more times since.
The good news is that if it is more common, it's likely to be recreated by the devs and fixed in a patch.
Please upvote our reports guys, that's the best way to get these fixed. I'll post a link to mine once I get home.

And given the username I'd assume this is the OP. That's weird - I did a search for this issue before I posted mine and nothing came up - you'd think searching for "foul" would bring up any issue related to this, but when I tried that I drew a blank for some reason.
There are several other similar reports as well, and they all have something interesting in common - they are all at Wrigley Field. Including a few other boundary issues - one about foul balls being called home runs and one about ground fouls going through the side walls.
Anyway I'm going to upvote all of these. It does seem like there are some boundary issues in general with Wrigley.Comment

Re: Foul Ball Bug
I had a ball carrom off the concrete wall down the first base line at Wrigley and bounce back over the fence for a home run. Here's my bug report. A + would be appreciated.
