Does anyone know when the new roster update will be I could not find
Carlos rodon if the white sox?

The next roster update will most likely be tomorrow. As for Rodon, if he's in the minors you will not see him until the roster update after he plays his first MLB Game.

The players need to play at least one game at the Major League level before they can join the Major League Player Association and until they are a member of the Player Association, they can not appear in this game (these are the licensing rules SCEA is bound to). If you are waiting for a certain player to be in the game before you start a Franchise or a Season, you could be waiting a while. The rookies that start in tomorrow's games won't appear in a roster update for at least one week if not two weeks and if the players have been sent down to the Minors to get some time in before they get called up, it will obviously be much longer.

PS: there should be rosters in the roster vault that have the missing rookies that you should be able to download. You can then export the rookies from these rosters and import them into whatever rosters you wanted to use for your Season and/of Franchise. This is what I did for about a dozen or so high profile 2015 rookies (guys like Kris Bryant are in my MLB 15 Season). The player likenesses of these rookies are user generated. They are not the same likenesses that SCEA will use if they have scanned the players faces. For me this is not an issue. The likenesses of these user generated players are good enough for me.

he has to play one game in the Major Leagues before he can be added via a roster update.

If thats the case i can understand why, but even so, id say its going to disappoint a LOT of people.

Its Opening Day today, lots of people want to get going with their Franchises, to delay the OD roster for another week isnt something i would have expected...such is life.

Im just going by the messages in The Show. The second announcement says the roster uodates start on the 13th.

Pretty much confirmed then.

No reason they couldnt put one out today AND the 13th, it would have at least allowed plenty of people to get going today.

I might just do so anyway, who wants to wait another week when its Opening Day TODAY?

Exactly I just put in the lastbtrade from last night into the default roster and im off into spring training.
