reward: diamond item

Has anyone been "rewarded" with a diamond item yet? I am wondering what you have to do to get rewarded with a diamond item because it is one of the trophies. But the word rewarded seems to imply that you can do something to prompt it. I thought it was all by chance. Anyone have any thoughts about this? When looking at the marketplace it seems like a number of people have scored diamond items by chance.

Its by chance, I think they said a 0.4% chance to be rewarded. One reason a lot of people have them is they got the Anniversary edition that had several packs and a lot of stubs with it.

I have the anniversary edition and gamestop preorder too. I did not get a single diamond or gold items in all of the packs. Haha.

You don't have to get your Diamond item from a universal reward. I unlocked the "Oh, It's Perfect" trophy by pulling a Diamond Adrian Beltre from a standard 1,000 stubs card pack. It looks like 6.8% of users have that trophy already, so I'd guess the odds of getting a Diamond item are reasonably high.

The only Diamond item I got was a Rawlings fielding glove when I first got the game.

I opened the 6 picks I got from the Gamestop preorder and the highest I pulled was a silver card

Im at 975 stubs right now, so Ill be buying a pack asap.

I got a diamond sponsorship card after my second franchise game. Didn't do anything special or open any packs or anything to get it, it was just randomly rewarded after I played the game.

the Oh its so perfect trophy mention earlier comes up for any diamond item. It came up for my diamond ritual (which is amazing by the way on my RTTS. Adds 15+ power and contact and couple of other things to my player) but I also pulled gloves and R.Cano.


haven't gotten a reward yet. If you are in dynasty and go to play Head vs CPU it tells you have like .7% to get a diamond as a reward

Yep it's the highest listed one, the one I really want is the Diamond Sam Bat though, more power.
