I don't know if it's because I used Sounds of the Show every year before I got my PS4, but Jesus. I am so fuggin sick of these songs already and they are unescapable -- especially in Road to the Show when you have to listen to it in the stadium speakers.


I understand video games don't have the best music, but at least have some QUANTITY!!!! If you only have 8 damn songs on a soundtrack, how do you honestly think that isn't going to completely rub people the wrong way?

I heard many bad ones over the years but this is by far the worst sports soundtrack ever ! MLB 2k7 had the best ever IMO .

I enjoy half of it...which is way more then last year. I really like new bands but I wish they would put some know songs and bands too, like they did with ZZtop etc...If they can sell this as an article of promotion for the bands, I think they would have a better selection.

Maybe they should carried their music from release to release, or at least the most popular.

I just remember cheating my way through an owner mode fantasy draft with low salary MLB players so I could fully build up my created stadium. I think it was the only way you could actually build the stadium up fully.

And this is why MVP 05 is not as great as many people remember.

It had super fun gameplay and Owner mode was a great idea, but it was impossible to make money and didn't make any sense to have a major league ballpark with just 5000 seats if you couldn't afford more seats.

Anyway, yeah, I'm definitely missing the ability to use SotS this year. I'll have to mess around with the Spotify app (never have used that service before) and see what I can come up with.

By the way, MVP 2003 Soundtrack > all other baseball soundtracks.
