Searching the vaults in MLB the Show

is there a way to search in the vaults? That is, for example, can you search for a specific player in player vaults or a particular user in the roster vault. I know you can sort and search by position but it would be a whole lot easier if you could search by name.

If I remember correctly 2k had that worked into their vaults but not sure I'm recalling that correctly.

You can sort any of the columns (including roster/player creator) and look that way. Not as good as a search feature but it works.

Thx Joey. I've been using the sort feature too, but you're right - not as good as a search - especially when you're looking to see if anyone's created a certain player. I'm using the position sort to narrow it down but still alot of pages to look through. Thx for posting.

I haven't played around in the vaults much but I am almost positive that I saw a button for "Filter" there. Still not quite "search" quality but it can help you narrow the list. Of course, maybe I'm wrong on its existence though...

If you push triangle, you can pick a few filters. I think the filters are different based on which vault you're in. Actually, I just tried to use the "triangle" filter in the player vault, and nothing happens.

You cannot filter "names". Suggestion is to filter down to position of player you are looking (L2/R2) for and work L1/R1 from there.
