Is this a real award? They have it in the game, and ive won it a couple times in RTTS. They even have an actual trophy picture listed in the awards section. But is this a real award? Ive never seen it given out in MLB history, ive only seen the LCS MVP and the WSMVP

It is the award for the Championship series MVP. They dont have the rights to sue the real name. If you look at the trophy you can see words National League / American League Championship Series

Not sure how this makes sense because Postseason MVP would mean the entire postseason, since the World Series is still considered postseason play.

And why would they have the rights to use World Series MVP and not ALCS MVP?

Go read the trophy. Can only tell you what i see. Saying they didn't have the rights was wrong though. I was thinking it was sponsored by someone in real life.

Yeah I see what you mean. That is really weird though. They dont resemble the real life LCS MVP trophies. Im confused by this whole thing. And im wondering why they made up an award
