Any difference between the retail and digital games?

I still dont trust digital completely. I have the game on rental from redbox and like it and planned to just keep it. But they are saying it's $70 plus tax after 23 days if i just keep it. Was thinking of just returning it and getting the digital dload. The disc version i have here runs great as far as im concerned. I don't want to mess with it. Plus for trade in purposes down the road. It would save me the trip to the mall though. Even if it's as slight as compression I don't want to mess with it.

IMO the digital game has much quicker load times.
I have the digital version and there are little to no load times..
Played at a buddies yesterday and it took forever for his game to start up and it took a lot longer to get to a game.
