In MLB 15 is it best under franchise mode to leave player training in auto or does anyone do manual training for their players?

Personal Preference. I manually train my SP cause hate how when CPU does it they work on Velocity/Control/Pitches over H/9/BB9 etc. Then I always auto train my hitters cause when I train my hitters seems all my guys have 80+ contact and my defense was awfull. Where when CPU does it, my players seem to train very well. -

I always manually train my players. I don't trust the cpu...
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(
