    Using BOTH Directional and Zone

    I just finished playing an exhibition and I seem to be able to use both zone and directional hitting at the same time. With the setting on Zone, if I want to hit the ball to a certain area I press R2 and then LS - the same process I would use while on Directional hitting. Best of both worlds I presume.

              Pretty sure you're guessing which zone you think the pitch will go into and not which way you want to hit it when you press R2.

                  Yup...one slight mishap I think SCEA made; directional hitting to me is quite misleading to what the application interprets the user's input as.
