Best Way to Simulate a Game once you started it?

Is there any other way to simulate a game once I've already started playing it besides Fast Forward? I don't really want to sit through a play by play for the rest of the game, I just want to skip to the end. Am I missing an option to do this?

Also, I've noticed using Fast Forward in Franchise Mode, the simulation NEVER uses a pinch hitter, it just lets the pitchers bat and then subs them in next inning. Is this a glitch anyone else is seeing?

Once you go to fast forward, press circle it sims to the end.

I have seen pitchers pinch hit for when using ff.

Oops, I thought I was posting on the Last Gen forum . I'm using the PS3 version. I assume the Circle thing will work on there too.

I'll have to give it a try later and see. Maybe if I use the Circle to go to the end all will be well.

Finally got around to trying this. It seems if I use circle to to go to the end of the game, pinch hitters were used. If I watch the play by play no one used a pinch hitter.
